A Dubuque County man is accused of giving alcohol to two girls and sexually assaulting one of them. 38 year old Michael Fangman of Dyersville, is charged in Iowa District Court of Dubuque County with two counts of third-degree sexual abuse, three counts of child endangerment, and two counts of supplying alcohol to a person under the legal drinking age. Reports say that Fangman provided alcohol to two girls younger than 16 that he knew and sexually assaulted one of them last fall. The girl later reported that she was extremely intoxicated. Fangman denied sexually abusing the girl, though he admitted to providing both of them with alcohol.
