PRAIRIE DU CHIEN, Wis. — A Silver Alert is being issued for a Wisconsin man last seen leaving his home Wednesday morning.
The Prairie du Chien Police Department says the caretaker for 74-year-old Patrick Lessard saw him leave his home on E. Taylor Street in Prairie du Chien at about 7:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Authorities last had contact with his cell phone at about 11 a.m., when it indicated he was in the area of 14th Street and Washington Street in Dubuque, Iowa.
Lessard was driving a 2015 red Chrysler 200 with Wisconsin license plates of 747-ZZK. He was wearing blue jeans and a t-shirt with a light blue jacket when he left home. He was also wearing a navy blue winter hat with ear flaps.
Lessard is about 5’6″ tall and weighs about 223 pounds with short brown hair and brown eyes.
