A 47-year-old Dyersville woman has been charged with theft after police say she took a smoker from a Hy-Vee store in Dubuque. Authorities arrested Kimberly Flores early Thursday on a charge of 1st-degree theft. Employees at the Hy-Vee on Dodge Street reported the trailer-mounted smoker was stolen in mid-August. The smoker is valued at more than $16-thousand dollars. Traffic camera footage shows a vehicle hauling the smoker away from the store. Kimberly Flores and 37-year-old Allan Flores – also of Dyersville, were identified as suspects in the vehicle. At this time, Allan Flores is not charged in the theft.
