REEDSBURG, Wis. — A Reedsburg woman is facing multiple drug charges after a three-month-long drug trafficking investigation.
Authorities said officers seized more than 12 grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia when investigators with the Reedsburg Police Department and the Sauk County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant on a Reedsburg residence. Law enforcement also seized two guns during their search.
Kathy D. Smyth-Foley, 60, was subsequently arrested on tentative charges of possession with intent to deliver amphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The Sauk County Drug Task Force consists of law enforcement from the Sauk County Sheriff’s Office, Reedsburg Police Department, Baraboo Police Department, Sauk Prairie Police Department, Lake Delton Police Department, Spring Green Police Department and the Wisconsin State Patrol.
