Man Sentenced For Exposing Himself To Young Girl

A Dubuque man has been sentenced to 60 days in jail for exposing himself to a girl younger than 15. 71 year old Kenneth Katzenburger was sentenced in Iowa District Court of Dubuque County after pleading guilty to a charge of indecent exposure. As part of a plea deal, two counts of indecent contact with a child were dismissed. Katzenburger’s sentence also requires him to register as a sex offender. Reports say that the girl, who knew Katzenburger, reported earlier this year that he exposed himself to her on one occasion and that he repeatedly tried to inappropriately touch her on another occasion. The girl was able to provide video evidence of each of the incidences.
