A longtime member of the Grant County Board of Supervisors has lost his bid to continue representing District 16. Incumbent Don Splinter will be replaced by Mark Vosberg. The vote total was 416 for Vosberg and 279 for Splinter. District 16 includes Ward 3 in Jamestown township, Ward 2 in Smelser township,
