A Dubuque man has been sentenced to two to five years of probation for leading officers on a Christmas Day high-speed chase. 21 year old Isaac Parker received the sentence in Iowa District Court of Dubuque County after pleading guilty to a count of eluding-25 mph or more over the speed limit. If he violates the terms of his probation, he faces up to 5 years in prison. The charges stem from a December 25th incident in which a report states that the Iowa State Patrol attempted to stop Parker’s vehicle after he made a right turn on red without stopping on U.S. Highway 61/151 at Twin Valley Road.
