Two People Arrested For Armed Robbery

Police said two people were arrested for an armed robbery in Dubuque. 21 year old Charles Tyler of Asbury, Iowa, was arrested at 1:43 a.m. Monday on a charge of first-degree robbery. A 15-year-old male also was arrested on a charge of first-degree robbery. His name was not released because he is a minor. A 16 year old told police he had been assaulted at the corner of East 20th Street and Central Avenue. Police later spotted the two suspects near the intersection of East 24th and Jackson streets, and they were taken into custody.
