Police in Dubuque arrested 41 year old Ann Martin around 11pm Tuesday in the 3300 block of Kennedy Circle on charges of assault on persons in certain occupations, interference with official acts and providing false identification information as well as a warrant charging a probation violation. According to reports, Martin assaulted a Dubuque Police Department officer while being taken into custody. Martin was subsequently arrested at the Dubuque County Jail on a charge of fourth-degree criminal mischief.
