Vice President Kamala Harris will campaign in Madison on Friday. She will be returning to Wisconsin for the fourth time since she launched her White House campaign in July. A spokesperson said Vice President Harris will hold an early evening rally. The exact time and location were not revealed. Her campaign said that since she entered the race, supporters in Wisconsin have knocked on more than 500,000 doors and that since last week’s debate with former President Donald Trump, the campaign has signed up more than 3,000 new volunteers. When President Joe Biden was still running, organizers in Wisconsin said they had trouble getting volunteers to go door to door, a staple of any campaign. Still, the National Republican Senatorial Committee has outraised and outspent Senate Democrats this cycle, though Democrats had more cash on hand at the end of July, the last reporting period disclosed to the Federal Election Committee.
