Police in Dubuque arrested 36 year old Deandre Ollie of Dubuque around 2:45 a.m. Thursday at the intersections of 17th and White streets on charges of assault on persons in certain occupations, operating while under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, interference with official acts and two counts of second-degree harassment. A report says that Ollie threatened to assault a police officer.
