Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo will perform at the 97th Oscars this weekend, along with other performances by Lisa of Blackpink, Doja Cat, Queen Latifah, and Raye. The Los Angeles Master Chorale will also make a special appearance. But in a break from tradition, the nominees for Best Original Song won’t be performed live, as the Academy instead plans to honor the songwriters with “personal reflections from the teams who bring these songs to life.” The show, hosted by Conan O’Brien, airs on ABC and Hulu on March 2 at 4 p.m. PT. Nick Offerman will serve as the announcer, along with a lineup of A-list presenters including last year’s acting winners. (Source)
