Police said a man held a knife to another man’s neck and threatened to kill him during a disturbance in Dubuque. 29-year-old Kenneth R. Wilson of Dubuque was arrested at 12:43 p.m. Saturday at his residence on charges of assault while displaying a dangerous weapon, domestic assault, first-degree harassment and child endangerment. Court documents state that Wilson was involved in a disturbance with a man and woman at his residence when he grabbed a knife from a knife block and held it to the other man’s neck while stating he was going to kill or stab the man. Wilson then threw the knife into a living room. A woman in the residence was holding an infant during the altercation, documents state.
