MADISON, Wis. — Gov. Tony Evers has ordered flags to half-staff in honor of a Wisconsin man who died serving in the Korean War.
Army Sgt. 1st Class Nicholas J. Valentine was reported Missing in Action on Dec. 6, 1950 near the Chosin Reservoir in North Korea. He was presumed dead in 1954.

“We are honoring Army Sgt. 1st Class Nicholas J.
