MADISON, Wis. — Quadren Wilson, the man who was shot by authorities in early February while being arrested by multiple law enforcement agencies on the east side of Madison, will be back in court next month.
Online court records show that an arraignment and plea hearing is scheduled for May 9 at 3 p.m. Wilson is charged with delivering Schedule I or Schedule II narcotics as a repeat offender, a Class E felony punishable by up to 15 years in prison.

A criminal complaint alleges that Wilson sold fentanyl to a person who later overdosed. Last month, Wilson’s attorney requested that a judge dismiss the charges, but was denied.
Two agents from the Wisconsin Department of Justice’s Division of Criminal Investigation, Mark Wagner and Nathan Peskie, fired their weapons when attempting to arrest Wilson. The Dane County Sheriff’s Office, which is investigating the shooting, says Wilson was not armed at the time.
