The Iowa County Sheriff’s office received a report of a suspicious vehicle on Highway 80 Tuesday around 6:30am. An Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputy and K9- Sam located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop near Drury Street in the Village of Highland. As a result, 31 year old Faith Hoffman of Belmont was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, and Felony Bail Jumping. 22 year old Hunter Theisen of Dickeyville was also arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, 3 counts of Felony Bail Jumping- Felony, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia to Manufacture, Compound, Convert, Produce, or Store Methamphetamine, and Possession or attempted possession of a controlled substance on or near certain places. Hoffman and Theisen were both taken to the Iowa County Jail and booked on their charges.
