City of Dubuque planning three new parks

The City of Dubuque Park Division is currently developing plans for parks in the English Ridge, Eagle Valley, and Westbrook neighborhoods with construction scheduled for summer 2024. While a neighborhood park is generally designed to serve the immediate neighborhood, the parks will be open to the entire community.  The public is invited to help plan the parks and provide input through an online survey at www.cityofdubuque.org/planyourpark. Community members are also encouraged to propose names for the parks through the survey. The Park Division expects those plans to be ready to share with the public in late December.
