Reynolds appointed as provost, vice chancellor

University of Wisconsin-Platteville Chancellor Dr. Tammy Evetovich has announced that Dr. Laura Reynolds has been appointed provost and vice chancellor of Academic Affairs. Reynolds has spent the majority of her career working at comprehensive regional public universities, both as a faculty member and academic leader. She brings extensive leadership experience to UW-Platteville, having served in administrative roles at the University of Michigan-Dearborn and the University of South Carolina Upstate. She is currently provost at Missouri Western State University, where she provides leadership to academic faculty, staff, instructors and advisors, as well as student support services, research and sponsored programs, assessment and accreditation. Reynolds’ appointment begins on May 15.
