Woman Arrested For Series Of Retail Thefts

Police say a woman was involved in a series of shoplifting incidents this summer and was an occupant of a vehicle that led officers on a high-speed pursuit before crashing. 23 year old Antania Hawkins of Dubuque was arrested Monday at the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center on warrants charging ongoing criminal conduct, one count of second-degree theft, two counts of third-degree theft and one count of fourth-degree theft. According to a report, Hawkins and two other individuals were involved in a series of thefts from Dubuque retail locations on June 8th and June 9th.
