Police say a man drove over a woman, seriously injuring her during a disturbance this summer in Dubuque. 26 year old Thomas Tremble of Dubuque was arrested Tuesday on Northwest Arterial near the intersection with John F. Kennedy Road on a charge of possession of marijuana and a warrant charging serious injury by vehicle. Dubuque police responded at approximately 11:24 p.m. June 14 to the 2700 block of Pleasant View Drive for a report of a woman who had been run over by a vehicle. A witness told police that a man and woman had been arguing when the man got into a nearby vehicle and attempted to quickly drive away. The woman was dragged under the vehicle and run over by the rear tires.
