A mobile team from Illinois Tollway will hold an I-PASS event next week in Jo Daviess County. Tollway staff will help residents transfer from plastic transponders to new sticker technology from 3 to 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 9, at Elizabeth Village Hall, according to a press release from Illinois Sen. Andrew Chesney, R-Freeport. Tollway staff also will answer questions about I-PASS accounts and “Pay by Plate” issues.
