Loras College announced Thursday that they are bringing back a campus tradition: the ringing of the Christ the King Chapel bells. The bells have been silent for nearly seven years due to a restoration project. The project is now complete. Beginning in the spring, the Christ the King Chapel bells will ring every hour from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The new system features a library of over 100 songs, including seasonal tunes for holidays such as Easter, Christmas, and Lent. The system also features the ability to play the Duhawk fight song.
